The house is a 215-square-meter detached villa with an outdoor terrace where we have a barbecue for enjoying al fresco dining in the summer. One vehicle can be parked inside the property.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
