Right in front of the entrance of the farm there is a public bus stop to access the different places in the area.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Lage sehr privat allerdings gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter ist überragend, sehr schnell und sehr produktiv.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen, etwas privater gelegenen Finca. Das Haus hat schöne und saubere Zimmer, ausreichend Badezimmer und ist so verwinkelt, dass man sich auch mit mehreren Personen nicht ständig über die Füße fällt. Die Ausstattung war gut, einzig der Geschirrspüler war etwas schwach auf den Beinen. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Katzen und Pfau, die sich über freundliche Versorgung freuen, gab es inklusive und haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Der Weg an die Playa ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten machbar, führt allerdings über Straßen ohne Fußweg. Mit dem Auto ist Palma gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Ansonsten können sowohl Lebensmittel als auch Essen an die Finca geliefert werden. Wir ha

Mehr Klopapier und Handtücher wäre gut, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Kontakt war gut und unkompliziert- Lage ist nicht die Beste was Erreichbarkeit betrifft, aber das war vorab klar und ist mit Taxi gut lösbar. Der Pfau ist natürlich ein Highlight 😅

Grundsätzlich ist die Finka in Ordnung. Super einfacher Zugang und der Host ist super nett. Hier und da könnte etwas renoviert und mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Da wir aber eine reine Jungs Truppe waren war es ok. Man geht Zufluss ca. 30 min zum Ballermann und auf dem Grundstück wohnt ein Pfau. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es leider für die Badezimmer Einrichtung, das Wasser ist ungefiltert und extrem salzig. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet, Pool, Grill, Fitnessgeräte alles vorhanden. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Wir waren zu 8. auf der Finca und hatten dort 4 schöne Tage. Etwas schwierig war, dass es nur 2 Haustürschlüssel gab, aber das könnten wir regeln über die Schlüsselbox. Der Pool war toll, wenn auch noch sehr kalt und die Anlage sowie die Finca geräumig und gut für Gruppen geeignet, da es 3 Bäder und 4 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcoach gibt. Das Wasser war sehr clorhaltig, ansonsten war alles super!
