Once you've arrived, the roofed terrace with an exceptional view of the pool provides shade while sitting together daily and during BBQs – and the outside kitchen even has a pizza oven ready! From the gorgeous villa, you can take a few steps to directly reach the azure pool with a panoramic view which already awaits you under the Mallorcan sun. Around the pool, comfortable sun loungers and a premium outdoor daybed invite you to take a midday nap or read your favourite book. The recreational area allows for total relaxation: enjoy stoic calm in the sauna and let your soul glide in slow motion. Between sessions, the wellness fountain shower in the outdoor bathroom provides a place to cool off.

The sixth bedroom with a luxurious double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and an immediately adjacent bathroom is located on the ground floor. On Tuesdays you can head to the weekly market in the tranquil town of Porreres via the nearby country road, which is audible depending on wind conditions. You'll find everything here: sun-ripened fruit and vegetables, good wine, but also household goods and clothing. Experience the bustle of the market in the small alleys and enjoy the cheery hospitality of the locals in the many restaurants and cafes. Worthwhile tourist attractions are the Senyora de Cosolació parish church, built in the 17th century, and the Santuari di Monti-Sion monastery some 4 km away. You can reach the monastery on foot or by car. There you can catch an unforgettable view of the island. And we also have something for everyone hungering for the sea – namely, a recommendation for an extended trip to the beach. You'll find quick relief: you can reach many beautiful beaches in approx. 20 minutes by car.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded once the property has been inspected and within 7 days of departure, via bank transfer, for which we will ask for your bank details (full name, first name and bank address, IBAN, Swift or bic number), with the temporary rental contract. Together with sending the signed rental contract, it will be an essential requirement to attach the identification of the travelers, providing the number of the identification document, name and surname, date of birth and date of issuance of the document for the mandatory registration of the Police. The calendars are open throughout the year. For long winter stay periods request request. Since January 1, 2018, the government of the Balearic Islands requires a Balearic Tourist Tax, which is paid at the time of check-in, the prices vary according to the length of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax applies to travelers over 16 years of age. The rate in high season (from April to October included) will be: • €2.20 per day per adult (16+) during the first 8 days; €1.10 per day per adult for the rest. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from November 1. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
