This incredible apartment located on the beachfront, spacious, bright and with spectacular views of Cala Estancia beach, a true natural pool on the Mallorcan coast. Its name is due to the fact that it was the place that a famous sculptor used as a refuge for a long time: he commented that from the viewpoint his inspiration was in crescendo for the creations of his work. Currently the apartment is completely renovated and its surface area of more than 90 square meters has capacity for 6 people. It is very well distributed with 3 exterior double rooms that overlook the Mediterranean and two bathrooms with a shower. The kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils you may need to be a professional chef. There is a very spacious living room that will allow you to eat or relax while looking at the sea, all rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. Both day and night you can enjoy the incredible terrace that overlooks the bay of Cala Estancia, accompanied by the sea breeze. If you need it, you have a parking space just below the building. In the surroundings, just a few meters away, you will be in the center and you will have at your disposal any type of shop, bars and restaurants, which will allow you to fully enjoy the area and your vacation.
It is the perfect place for long-stay vacations, just 8 km from the city center.

Very beautiful place, the pictures are very accurate and the place is really cozy. To get inside the airbnb was a bit tricky, specially with the car, and the door needs a few tricks to open it. But that didn’t make the experience less pleasant!

diese wohnung können wir wirklich empfehlen. der fluglärm ist kaum zu hören, da das hochhaus ihn abschirmt. die wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. die klima funktioniert warm wie kalt. die matratzen sind super. das kochbesteck könnte optimiert werden. aber küche hat sonst alles was man braucht. der blick auf das meer und die playa de palma ist phantastisch. unsere mutter(90jh) liebte es auf dem schönen balkon zu sitzen und das treiben zu beobachten. die cala estanzia ist ruhig und beschaulich. die nähe zu palma grossartig. 18,- euro taxi. die wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen parkplatz. ganz wichtig! der kontakt zum vermieter ist sehr prompt und freundlich. probleme werden schnell und unkompliziert behoben. preis leistung stimmt. es war ein toller aufenthalt in diesem schönen zuhause am meer. wir kommen ger

die wohnung entsprach genau den beschreibungen. die kommunikation war klasse. wir würden mit der ganzen familie jederzeit wieder dort urlaub machen. das preis/leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als angemessen.

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich traumhaft und überzeugt mit einer großartigen Lage. Beim Check-In mussten wir leider 40 Minuten warten, was ja im Urlaubsmodus doch etwas nervig ist. In der Wohnung angekommen, war diese leider trotz richtiger Buchung nur für 5 Leute hergerichtet. Es wurde sich dann aber entsprechend um weitere

Vi havde er dejlig ferie i en fantastisk lejlighed. Udsigten er betagende virkelig fantastisk og beliggenheden gør at man næsten ikke hører flystøj. Lejligheden er super til 4 voksne og to børn. Om aftenen kan det lugtes, at der ligger en stribe restauranter lige nedenfor, men det er kortvarigt. Une vue panoramique à 2 70° sur la mère… exceptionnel ! une situation proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage située juste en dessous. Des climatisations vétustes, mais qui fonctionnent bien. Cependant, l’appartement demanderait quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement. Il manque aussi dans les équipements quelques éléments essentiels, des casseroles par exemple, 2,3 jeux de société… mais très bien dans l’ensemble…

What a beautiful place to spend a week with friends! The location is perfect - the little cove offers a beautiful setting for sunbathing and swimming, and the local restaurants did not let us down! The apartment itself met all our needs and was a lovely base for the week. Hosts were very adaptable to our needs, sorting out a late checkout which helped us immensely. Would definitely recommend- missing the view already!

We had a great time, the apartment was really spacious and you could not ask for a better location. We were able to relax at the beach but it’s also a great base to go out and explore the island. Highly recommended for families, singles, small groups- 6th floor easily accessible - 3 lifts - spacious balconies for relax

We had some really nice days at CanPasilla even though the weather was not the best. The view fro the terrace was amazing and we used it a lot. The only thing we missed was a proper table inside to have a meal on when the weather is bad, we did not figure out the table solution at the kitchen. In total we recommend the appartment.

Stunning views with beautiful sunsets. Very walkable area with many restaurants near by. The unit was very clean and comfortable. By North American standards, the car parking is tight. By Palma standards it is normal. We had no problems parking our car. I just wish we got a smaller one for our trip.

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung mit einen fantastischen Blick über die ganze Playa de Palma zur einen und bis nach Palma zur anderen Seite. Die Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Es gibt Supermärkte, Bäcker und zahlreichen Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Für uns war der Parkplatz optimal, da wir einen Mietwagen hatten. Die Kommunikation hat immer sehr reibungslos und super schnell funktioniert. Wir haben alle erforderlichen Informationen im Voraus erhalten. Auch die zwischen Reinigung hat perfekt geklappt. Einziger Kritikpunkt wären die Türklinken, die mal wieder richtig eingestellt werden müssten, da man sie sehr weit runterdrücken musste.

Excelente estadía, piso perfecto para 6 personas, muy bien equipado. Buena ubicación frente a la playa, con una panorámica preciosa desde la terraza. El piso está bien conectado mediante autobús con Palma de Mallorca. Supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Además nos permitieron hacer el check in varias horas antes, ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba temprano. Lo recomiendo 100%

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer hellen Wohnung mit einem umwerfenden unbezahlbaren Blick. Auch bei Sturm ist es relativ geschützt auf dem Balkon. Super Betreuung, unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Perfect apartment with an amazing view. Top class balcony with views across the bay and harbour always entertaining you wont want to leave the place. Plenty of lovely restaurants just below the apartment which will cater for everything want, Mai Mai was a favourite. Parking space was great to have too and the apartment had everything you could need. Thank you All

The location of the house is very good, with a beautiful view from the balcony, and there are many restaurants nearby. The house is clean and the host is nice.

Es ist eine sehr ansprechende Wohnung, sie liegt in der 6. Etage, die Terrasse ist herrlich, man hat einen wundervollen Blick über das Meer. In der offenen Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, die Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer, einen weiteren Balkon, zwei Bäder. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fussläufig zu erreichen, die Bushaltestelle ebenso.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The apartment is well equipped and all the rooms were lovely. The balcony was great and we had breakfast in the sunshine there every day. We would highly recommend. We are a family group.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le logement de Javier. Il est très joliment rénové avec une incroyable vue sur la mer de tous les côtés! L’appartement est spacieux et confortable.
