The beautiful house is located in the center of Santanyí, captivates with its fantastic outdoor area and typical Mallorca architecture. The charming holiday home is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Located very close to the restaurant and bar area. It has a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, it has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor), all with en suite bathrooms and a toilet in the living room, it can very comfortably accommodate 6 persons. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Outside you will find furnished terraces, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a pool area with sun loungers. Here you can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. An ideal house to share great moments with family or friends.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.

Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

La maison est spacieuse et dispose de grandes chambres équipées chacune d'une immense salle de bain. Elle est idéalement située. Un parking gratuit se trouve juste à proximité. La communication était facile et l'agence très réactive et l'accueil avec le panier de bienvenue très appréciable!

Die Lage von dem Haus ist sehr gut, alles ist schnell in der schönen Stadt zu erreichen. Trotz dem Standort in der Innenstadt, konnte man im Hinterhof seine Ruhe genießen. Alle Schlafzimmer so wie Badezimmer waren sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung in Küche so wie Außenbereich sind Erneuerungswürdig. Die Küchenutensilien waren sehr abgenutzt und der Geschirrspüler hat wenig sauber gemacht. Die Möbel im Außenbereich, so wie der Pool gehören erneuert. Der Pool ist nicht nur dreckig, sondern weist auch einen unangenehmen Geruch auf. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Vor allem die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und gut!

Overall, We enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and spacious, with each room having an ensuite. We particularly liked the entertainment area with the pool. We were welcomed with a hamper with local produce which was a nice touch. The location was also fantastic, being in the heart of Santanyi. One of the toilets and the dishwasher didn’t work, and a few extra amenities like tea towels would be appreciated but we overall enjoyed our stay and would return. Thanks for having us!
