As soon as you arrive at the modern villa Atipar, you will discover that this is the perfect holiday destination for those who are looking for peace and relaxation and want to be able to participate in the real Mallorcan island life. In addition to the garden with an artificial lawn and sun loungers with umbrellas, the villa has something else to offer, a very special highlight: a kidney shaped saltwater pool. When the Mediterranean sun gets too intense, this little oasis offers the perfect refreshment. In the evening, freshly grilled dishes taste in the pleasant shade of the covered terrace. You can get the ingredients you need on Wednesdays at Sa Ràpita's weekly market, among other places. This neighboring village with a promenade is only 1 km away, so it can be visited daily. The facilities at the villa also include two bicycles (adult size), with which you can explore even more of the surroundings (cycling path nearby!), and a ping-pong table. There's a bus stop to Palma city close to the villa, which offers a different means of exploring the area.
From the terrace you can go directly into the villa's spacious living and dining area. The cosy sofa with a view of the cast-iron wood-burning stove offers hours of comfort in the evening or when bad weather. If that's not enough, there's the also the satellite TV. The partially exposed ceiling beams create a natural, charming atmosphere that harmonises very nicely with the bright cream tones of the room. It's perfectly complemented by the wooden table and chairs, from which you can look out through the glass double doors onto the terrace. The separate kitchen/dining room has white cabinetry and enjoys complete facilities with all the modern conveniences that you might need on your self-catering holiday. It is possible to work comfortably from a distance, with the 100 Mbit fiber optic internet connection and Wi-Fi. A large screen, a table, a working chair, etc. can be provided free of charge. Likewise, the owner cares about the satisfaction and well-being of the guests so he has not forgotten about the cafe lovers either; they will surely love the Nespresso machine.
Two of the individually and colorfully appointed bedrooms offer a double bed; One of these rooms has a full bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has two single beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a bath.
The house allows you to choose between a sunny terrace and another in the shade, the widest one is facing east so it has shade in the afternoon and evening. The other terrace has a large barbecue and is oriented to the west so it has sun from 4 in the afternoon. In this terrace there is a large barbecue of carbon for their roasts. The interior and exterior walls as well as the roof of the house is thermally insulated.
Each room and the dining room have air conditioning. The pool is very refreshing in the hot summer hours. There are several types of fruit trees in the garden, a palm tree, two lemon trees, two mulberry trees, an apricot tree, as well as other ornamental trees.
The location of the villa 'Atipar' makes self-styled holidays possible; it's also ideal for families. The house is located on the outskirts of the town in a very quiet place that allows total relaxation. But the roads of the place are very good and safe so the trips are very easy. Located 2.5 km away is the virgin beach of Sa Rapita of similar quality to that of Es Trenc, with the same crystal-clear water, and to reach this beach you need just 5 min by car.
The breathtaking natural beach at Es Trenc, about 20 minutes away, which stretches along the coast from Sa Ràpita past the tiny town of Ses Covetes all the way to the larger town of Colònia de Sant Jordi. Due to its fine white sand and crystal-clear water, it's not for nothing that Es Trenc is often compared to the Caribbean.
To enjoy the charms of the place we recommend a visit by boat to the archipelago of Cabrera whose tickets can be purchased in Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can find very good restaurants and a tourist atmosphere. In the town of Sa Rápita you can find good restaurants at a very reasonable price as well as a pastry shop, a pizza shop, a hamburger a bank with ATM, two small supermarkets, a tobacco shop, an ice cream shop and a pharmacy,.... In the town of Campos located 12 kms or 16 min you will find everything you need as well as large food stores, ALDI, Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski, hardware stores, etc. The house is located 35 km from the Palma de Mallorca airport connected to a good highway and a modern secondary road, so only 29 minutes are required for the trip. There is a folder with a detailed explanation of the place, indicating shops, recommended restaurants, where to eat a fantastic paella, fresh fish, typical mallorcan cuisine, and and some easy excursions around the place.
The villa Atipar is cleaned and maintained following the latest official rules in order to comply with the highest standards of Hygiene and Safety. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before enteringthe property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment. RoyalDecree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
