Appartement itself was in a very good (new) condition. Very clean and modern. Kitchen well equiped. Community pool and outside area also very nice! One but the biggest disadvantage for us was location :( its not related to property itself or quality. Its something that host cannot do anything about, and its neighbourhood. There is active construction from both sides + many night clubs and two hotels with VERY loud music. Sometimes there was loud noise until 4am. For active young people without kids it will be maybe okay, but for us who love to enjoy calmer vibes it was too much. But when these 2 constructions will be done it could be nice place to stay.
