    Beim Check In wurde festgestellt, dass einige Möbel etwas kaputt sind und nicht sauber sind. Diese Dinge wurden mit dem Vermieter besprochen und am nächsten Tag behoben.
    Gut, dass vom Vermieter schnell reagiert wurde. Trotzdem nicht schön, wenn der Urlaub so beginnt.

    Great location, super easy check in. If you come for a + month you may want to bring a few kitchens supplies but otherwise this apartment is perfect.

    Die Lage ist der Hammer. Und direkt vor der Tür das beste Frühstück Café der Stadt!! Café Verde. Top! Ansonsten ist man überall easy und schnell in 5- 10 Minuten wir Plaza Major, Markthalle 2-3 Minuten 👍. Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen sehr wohlgefühlt. Kleines Manko: Das kleine Bad im Schlafzimmer roch leider muffig…&nbs

    Séjour très agréable chez Javier, appartement à la hauteur de nos attentes, spacieux, bien équipé, moderne et propre. L'appartement est situé dans le centre de Palma, toutes commodités accessibles à pied, très pratique!

    Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Palma, ganz in der Nähe ist ein großer Markt, wo man bis 15 Uhr Gemüse, Obst, Fleisch und Fisch zu sehr guten Preisen bekommt. Der Supermarkt oberhalb des Marktes hat bis 21:30 Uhr geöffnet. So kann man auch nach Ausflügen noch etwas einkaufen. Es lassen sich zu Fuß unzählige Gässchen erkunden, es gibt schöne Besichtungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zu Fuß ist man z.B in rd. 10 Minuten bei der Kathedrale und dem maurischen Königspalast La Almudaina und am Hafen. Nahe der Wohnung ist eine Parkgarage, wo man ein Mietauto parken kann. Das kostet pro Tag derzeit 23,50 Euro.

    la pasamos muy bien , llaegamos y solo tuvimos que esperar unos minutos pra el ingreso, ya que lo estaban limpiando. Cuando accedimos el departamentoestab muy limpio, y coincidia 100 por 100 cn las fotos publicadas. esta muy bien ubicado ,a pasos de la zona historica y tambien de la intermodal de bus, tren y subte que perimte conectarse con el resto de la isla.

    Lovely appartement in the old centre of Palma. Close to everything. Communication with the host was really good, the appartement was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend others to also stay here. And the review from someone else about the great pizza just outside is very true!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Can Petit! Everything we needed was there. There was a nice kitchen and the two bathrooms were a great advantage. Also the location was very good. We would definitely recommend this airbnb!
